This website is provided to support the Directors of 3 Companies communicate with their shareholders. As a consequence information approved and shared by the Directors of the following UK Companies will appear on this website:

This is NOT a public website and does not promote any services. It is provided purely to allow the Directors and their staff to communicate with shareholders. Therefore, much of the data is protected and only available to Members of the Website or Shareholders with specific access to the Company Files relevant to them.
For clarity, this website is NOT part of The Resort Group plc, nor is is controlled or managed by TRG staff. The content of this website is purely managed by the Directors of the Companies and their staff.
We receive a large number of communications from private individuals who have invested in property developed by The Resort Group. Please be aware, that individuals who have invested in TRG property are NOT necessarily shareholders in any of the Companies represented here. Shareholdings in these Companies are available only by direct invitation and are not offered publicly.
As of the 1st January 2026, the Companies own the following interests:
- 310 properties in the Dunas Resort on Sal, Cape Verde
- 139 properties in the Llana Resort on Sal, Cape Verde
- 250 properties in the White Sands Hotel and Spa development on Boa Vista, Cape Verde
As such, the Companies work to improve the commercial value of these interests on behalf of the shareholders by improving the rental income, and improving the capital value of the property interests.
Property inspection reports, financial statements, dividend statements and other relevant information is made available only to shareholders and is not for public information.
Website Membership
Persons wishing to understand more about the Companies, and seeking to work with the Companies may become Members of the Website. They do this by clicking the "Log In" button at the top right hand corner of the Home Page (or most other pages). Then, those not already a Member should click "sign up with e-mail". This creates a Membership application. Applicants may be asked further questions before being accepted as Members to ensure access is provided appropriately.
Those accepted as Members will be able to read the full News and Updates information, and will be able to download selected generic information from the File Share Section.
Website Membership does NOT convey the status of Shareholder, and most information nation on the website File Share Section is ONLY available to shareholders.
Responsibility
The Directors have been successful in improving the value and revenue delivered from the properties owned by the companies, and accept only the responsibility for those properties held by the Companies and to their Shareholders. They explicitly accept no responsibility for other investors in neighbouring properties. While the Companies always seek to work in co-operation with others who have similar interests, as the largest single property investor in the resorts the Directors of the Companies will always prioritise the interests of their Properties and their Shareholders.
