The Directors of Llana Beach Limited have declared a further interrim dividend which will be paid to Shareholders by the 5th March 2026. The Board of Dunas Beach Limited met last week (29th January). The expected revenue from the 310 properties that are now part of the Company meanse that at the next meeting in April, the Directors will plan to consider a shareholder dividend. The Directors were able to report on a small initial profit for the Company. The Directors of Llana Beach Limited have agreed to take ownership of a further 95 properties on the Llana Estate and are expecting to start the contracting process for these properties this week. Once complete this will mean that Llana Beach Limited will own almost 25% of all rooms on the Llana Resort. Directors will be attending meetings in Cape Verse in March of this year to discuss further developments with The Resort Group around this estate.

The Directors have announced that on the 2nd January 2026 they acquired interests in 310 properties on the Dunas estate. All of the properties benefit from monthly lease agreements bringing increased income to the Company. This now means that Dunas Beach Limited is the largest single property owner on the Dunas estate, and holds interests in approximately 25% of all rooms.
