Additional Llana Properties

The Directors of Llana Beach Limited have agreed to take ownership of a further 94 properties on the Llana Estate and are expecting to start the contracting process for these properties this week.

Once complete this will mean that Llana Beach Limited will own almost 25% of all rooms on the Llana Resort.

Directors will be attending meetings in Cape Verse in March of this year to discuss further developments with The Resort Group around this estate.
