The Directors of Llana Beach Limited have declared a further interrim dividend which will be paid to Shareholders by the 5th March 2026. Shareholders of Llana Beach Limited can access the Dividend Statement by logging into the website and by navigating to the File Share area to read the full Dividend Statement.

Directors from the Property Companies relating to Dunas, Llana and White Sands will be in Cape Verde from the 10th to 14th March. They will be inspecting properties, taking part in Condominium meetings, meeting with TRG senior managers and interviewing Cape Verde legal firms. The Directors of Llana Beach Limited have agreed to take ownership of a further 95 properties on the Llana Estate and are expecting to start the contracting process for these properties this week. Once complete this will mean that Llana Beach Limited will own almost 25% of all rooms on the Llana Resort. Directors will be attending meetings in Cape Verse in March of this year to discuss further developments with The Resort Group around this estate.
