The Directors have announced that on the 2nd January 2026 they acquired interests in 310 properties on the Dunas estate. All of the properties benefit from monthly lease agreements bringing increased income to the Company. This now means that Dunas Beach Limited is the largest single property owner on the Dunas estate, and holds interests in approximately 25% of all rooms. The Directors are seeking meetings with TRG management in March of 2026 to evaluate capital improvement

We have received the following operational update from The Resort Group which will be of interest to Dunas and Llana Shareholders. A new update based on a recent informal property inspection has been loaded into the File Share area for Dunas Beach Limited Shareholders. The report comments on some improvements in occupancy, the scheduling of rental income and the launch of the new Family Fun brand targeting EasyJet passengers. Shareholders of Dunas Beach Limkted should log in and navigate to the File Share folder on the private area of the website to download their Memorandum.

One of our the Directors of Dunas Beach Limited will be visiting the resort this week and will be carrying out a brief check on the progress for the opening of the new Family Fun brand on this site. Shareholders can expect a brief update on this early in November. The update will be published for the benefit of Dunas Beach Shareholders in the normal way via the File Share section of the site.
