Advanced notice - shareholder dividend

All shareholders in Llana Beach Limited are notified that the Directors intend to distribute a dividend to current shareholders of the Company in September 2025.


The dividend notice will explain value and calculation of the dividend payments along with a report from the Directors.


The Dividend notice will be available only to Llana Beach Shareholders and available for download from the File Share section of the Members area.


Shareholders are advised to ensure that they have access to this area by registering as Members of the website using their normal e-mail address
