The Directors of Dunas Beach Limited have reached an agreement to take ownership of over 320 properties on the on the Dunas Beach Resort in Cape Verde with the current Owners. The completion of these transfers is expected by the end of August 2025. The Directors have initiated negotiations with The Resort Group plc who operate the site to improve the current rental agreements.
