As at May 2025 Llana Beach Limited has agreed to take ownership of 42 Properties on the Llana Beach resort in Cape Verde. The Directors of the Company have also reached agreement with the resort operator - The Resort Group plc - an improved rental agreement which has eliminated all fees relating property ownership, secured regular monhtly income, and established a refurbishment fund to support property imporvement in line with the development of the resort hospitality strategy.
